Your email files never leave your device. mail2pdf is a client-side web application: EML and MSG files are parsed and converted to PDF entirely inside your browser tab. There is no upload step, no server-side processing, and no copy of your data anywhere.
After you activate a license, your browser's localStorage keeps two small values: your license key and the instance name you chose. This lets the app recognize an active license on future visits. Using Deactivate in the app removes them. Clearing your browser's site data has the same effect.
When you activate, validate, or deactivate a license, the app sends only your license key and instance name to our license proxy (a Cloudflare Worker), which forwards the request to Creem's license API. No email content, file names, or converted documents are ever included. We receive no information about the files you convert, at any time, for any purpose.
We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party analytics scripts.
mail2pdf is a general-purpose document tool and is not directed at children under 13.
If the architecture ever changes — for example, if an optional server-side feature is introduced — this policy will be updated first, and the change will be described plainly on this page.
