Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. The service

mail2pdf is a web application that converts email files (.eml and .msg) to PDF documents. All processing happens locally in your browser. The service is provided at mail2pdf.framext.com.

2. Licenses

The free tier converts the first 5 files of each batch, with full quality. Paid tiers are one-time purchases — no subscription:

A license key is delivered by email after purchase. Each tier is limited to the number of device activations stated at checkout; you can free a slot at any time using Deactivate. Licenses are per-person or per-organization and may not be resold or shared publicly.

3. Acceptable use

You may only convert email files that you own or have the legal right to process. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for competing purposes, or circumvent the license system.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to your email files and to the PDF documents generated from them. We claim no license over your content — technically, we could not access it even if we wanted to. All rights in the mail2pdf site, name, and software remain with the operator.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. mail2pdf is built to produce accurate, faithful renderings, but conversion of complex email formats can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing generated PDFs before relying on them, particularly for legal, regulatory, or archival purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of mail2pdf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

7. Payments, taxes, and refunds

Purchases are processed by Creem.io as Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment collection, applicable taxes (including VAT/sales tax), invoices, and refunds on our behalf. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by email.
