Refund Policy

14-day refund, no questions asked

Every paid license (Single Batch, Pro, Firm) comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If mail2pdf doesn't work for you — for any reason, or no reason at all — you get your money back.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number (it starts with ORD-, shown on your receipt), or use the support link in your Creem receipt email.
  2. We issue the refund via Creem, our Merchant of Record.
  3. Funds return to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your license

When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated on the server side. The app will drop to the free tier automatically the next time it validates the license — no action needed on your part. You can keep using the free tier (first 5 PDFs per batch) for as long as you like.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including statutory withdrawal rights for EU/UK consumers. Billing terms at the Creem checkout govern the payment relationship.
